Notary Services | eNotary

Certain documents must be notarized in order to have legal effect. Given the inherent formal and corresponding significance of this subject of legal documents that must be notarized, state governments have deemed it necessary to enlist a trained individual to assist with their execution. A Notary Public following his or her official appointment performs officer to attest to the proper execution of these important documents.

Some of the Notary services we provide include:

Oaths and Acknowledgments

When a Notary notarizes a signature, the Notary must carry out one of two official notarial acts: take an acknowledgment or take an oath from the person who is signing the document. Those two acts have different purposes.

Certificate of Survival or Life Certificate

The Certificate of Survival is a document required especially for the collection of pensions, retirements, or subsidies, which is used to verify that the beneficiary still exists and therefore has the right to the respective payment.

Special Power

Several documents need the seal of a Notary Public to certify their validity. This seal does not signify in any way commitment or verification of what is being sealed. A special power of attorney is a written legal document, signed by one person, in which another person is empowered to represent you. As the name implies, a special power is only for a specific topic.

Solemnization of Marriage

In the State of Florida, the Notary Public is authorized to develop and officiate marriage ceremonies, in our company we have qualified personnel to perform ceremonies.

Certify the Content of a Safe

A financial institution may open a safe if the rental price is past due, provided that proper notification has been made and certain other conditions are met. An authorized Notary Public must be present to open the safe.

Verifying a VIN number

Florida law requires that, when applying for a Florida title for the first time on a used motor vehicle, the owner must sign an affidavit that the vehicle identification number (VIN) and odometer reading of the vehicle are correct. The Notary Public must do a physical inspection of the vehicle to certify the VIN number.
